What Moves After Hours

The runs that define a STAT courier.

When the day shift ends, these are the deliveries that still can't wait. We're built to handle them with the credentials and documentation healthcare requires.

Lab Specimens

Time-sensitive specimens from evening and overnight collections, moved before they're compromised.

Blood Products

Priority transport for blood bank and emergency-release products between facilities.

STAT Pathology

Urgent pathology and diagnostic samples that a clinician is waiting on tonight.

Pharmacy & Meds

After-hours medication and pharmacy transfers handled with chain-of-custody documentation.

Inter-Facility

Point-to-point runs between hospitals, reference labs, and clinics across the corridor.

Something else?

If it's medical, time-critical, and within our corridor, ask. We'll tell you straight whether we can move it tonight.

Ask dispatch

"You call at 9 PM and a real person answers, and a credentialed driver is already routing to your dock."

The difference between a STAT promise and a STAT service.

STAT Questions

Before you dispatch.

How quickly can you pick up a STAT run?
During our evening window, we dispatch as soon as you reach us at 978-245-7426. You speak to a live operator who confirms the run on the call and routes a credentialed driver to your dock immediately.
What hours is STAT service available?
Our core dispatch window is 6 PM to Midnight, Monday through Friday, across the North Worcester County corridor. If you have recurring needs outside that window, ask us about dedicated coverage.
Are your operators credentialed to carry specimens and blood products?
Yes. Every run is handled by an operator with HIPAA training, OSHA bloodborne pathogens certification, DOT HazMat training, and a Federal TWIC credential, with documented chain of custody from pickup through delivery.
What does a STAT run cost?
The quote depends on distance, route, and frequency, and we provide it in writing before you commit.

It's already after hours. Let's get it moving.
