FJ Enterprise Medical Courier is a solo-operator medical courier service based in Fitchburg, MA. We provide after-hours scheduled and STAT/on-call specimen transport for healthcare organizations in North Central Massachusetts.

When you submit a dispatch request or contact us, we may collect:

Organization or facility name
Department and requestor name
Phone number and email address
Billing contact and accounts payable information
Pickup and delivery addresses
Generic specimen categories, count, and temperature requirements
Facility access instructions and timing details

⚠ We do not collect and you must not submit patient names, dates of birth, accession numbers, specimen IDs, diagnosis, test names, insurance information, medical record numbers, or any other Protected Health Information (PHI) through our website forms.

How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used solely for:

Processing and dispatching courier requests
Scheduling and route coordination
Billing and invoice generation
Client communication and service records
Compliance documentation and chain-of-custody records

Third-Party Tools

We use operational platforms including website hosting, email, Google Sheets, Zapier, Track-POD, and QuickBooks. These tools may process business contact and dispatch information in the course of normal operations. No PHI is transmitted to or stored in these systems.

Data Retention

Service records and dispatch documentation are retained for operational and compliance purposes. Business contact information is retained for the duration of our service relationship.
