Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Cancellation requests received before driver assignment or route departure may not be billed, or may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on preparation time and operational impact.

Cancellation After Acceptance or Dispatch

Cancellation after service acceptance, driver assignment, or route departure may be subject to a cancellation fee reflecting operational costs incurred up to that point.

Dry Run & Wait Time

If a courier arrives at the pickup location and the specimen or package is not ready, wait time charges may apply after the first 10 minutes. If the pickup cannot be completed, a dry-run fee may be billed to cover driver time and mileage.

Completed Service

Once a courier service has been completed and delivery confirmed, charges are generally non-refundable. If you believe there is a billing error, contact us within 5 business days of the invoice date for review.

Additional Charges

Parking fees, tolls, unusual access delays, after-midnight dispatch fees, and long-distance diversion charges may be billed if incurred during the course of service. These charges are not subject to refund once service is rendered.

Prepaid Amounts

Prepaid amounts, if any, may be credited toward future service or refunded depending on timing and operational impact. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Invoice Review

Final invoice review occurs before billing. If you have questions about a charge, contact us before the invoice due date.
