Bluetooth hygrometer/thermometer sensors assigned to each cooler. Pre-route screenshot, in-route monitoring, post-route data export saved to route folder. Out-of-range readings trigger immediate escalation per SOP-004.

Every pickup logged with facility, specimen category, time, and driver signature. Every delivery timestamped with receiving confirmation. Gap in chain treated as a reportable incident per SOP-003.
