FJ Enterprise Medical Courier currently provides after-hours scheduled and STAT/on-call medical courier service during the 6 PM to midnight service window. Requests outside this window require prior approval and may not be available. Final pricing is based on notice period, mileage, stop count, specimen handling requirements, and route frequency. All pricing confirmed in writing before the first run.
Service tier is determined by notice period at time of receipt — not by client designation. Any request received with less than four (4) hours notice prior to required pickup time is automatically classified and invoiced as STAT service, regardless of how the request is labeled by the client. This classification is not subject to dispute after service is rendered.
Additional pickup locations, delivery locations, weekend service, frozen handling, and after-midnight dispatch are not included in the base route fee unless expressly stated in the written service agreement.
